Hi, I’m Jocelee, the girl behind the blooms! I started Hill Country Blooms in October 2025 with a love for flowers and a dream of creating something that was truly mine.

what started as a little idea quickly became something I fell in love with. I’ve always loved how flowers can say so much without saying a word, and I love being able to create something beautiful that someone gets to give to a person they love.

Each arrangement is made by me with fresh blooms, care, and lot of attention to the little details. Whether it’s for a birthday, anniversary, celebration, or simply to make someone’s day, I want every bouquet to feel personal and special.
